Subscription cancellation terms:
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via account billing settings or support@endetect.com.
- Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
- Access remains until current paid period ends.
- No prorated refunds for partial months or unused features.
2. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
- Renewed charges are non-refundable.
3. Account Termination & Data Retention
- Control panel access is revoked after cancellation period ends.
- Data retained for 30 days post-cancellation; then permanently deleted.
