Effective date: June 4, 2026 EnDetect ("EnDetect", "we", "us") provides workforce security and productivity software. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information on www.endetect.com and through our subscription services. 1. Scope This policy applies to website visitors, trial users, account administrators, and data subjects whose information is processed through customer deployments. Customers are data controllers for employee monitoring data; EnDetect acts as a processor for that data under customer instructions. 2. Information we collect - Account and contact data: name, business email, phone, company, billing details. - Website usage: pages visited, referral source, cookie preferences, form submissions. - Service data: activity logs, screenshots, alerts, and reports generated by agents installed at customer direction. - Support communications: emails, tickets, and call notes. 3. How we use information - Provide, operate, and secure the EnDetect platform. - Process payments, renewals, and account administration. - Respond to support, sales, and legal requests. - Improve product performance and detect abuse or fraud. - Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements. 4. Customer responsibilities Organizations using EnDetect must provide workforce notice, obtain consents where required by law (including India's DPDP Act and applicable labor rules), and configure monitoring scope appropriately. Customers choose retention, access roles, and export policies in the admin console. 5. Legal bases (where applicable) Depending on jurisdiction, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security and service improvement), legal obligation, or consent for optional features such as identity verification photo capture. 6. Sharing and subprocessors We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, email, payments, analytics (where enabled), and security. Providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection terms. We do not sell personal information. 7. International transfers Data may be stored in India, the EU, or the US based on your deployment region. Transfers use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where required. 8. Retention Website and billing records are retained as needed for operations and tax compliance. Service data retention follows customer-configured schedules. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion. 9. Security We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and periodic security testing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; report concerns to legal@endetect.com. 10. Your rights Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information we control directly (such as marketing contacts). Employee monitoring requests should be directed to your employer as controller. We respond within timelines required by law. 11.
